Sure, a lot of it has to do with his quarterback, but the Cowboys have been wildly inconsistent under Garrett, and they show no signs of turning it around any time soon. Not only that, but it’s probably a little bit unsettling for Garrett knowing that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is his boss.
